Partner Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate (Partner) agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Accept or Disapprove the Registration
At our sole and absolute discretion, we have the right to accept or refuse ANY Affiliate Programme Registration. If we reject your registration for the Affiliate Programme, you won't be able to sue us.
2. Commissions and Payment
If you refer a consumer to our website and they make a purchase, you will receive a commission that is determined by our commission structure. The commission amount is based on the value of the order and excludes any other fees (such as tax or shipping charges).
You must provide the payment information in Settings in order for an Affiliate to be paid a commission.
Only successfully completed transactions will be eligible for payments. After the affiliate receives the final credited number of orders, billing and payment will be completed. Order reconciliation may take up to fifteen days. There may be orders that are cancelled, rejected, or returned by the end of the month.
Affiliates must send an invoice to the merchant, The Herb Essence, as soon as the whole amount of orders that may be credited is provided. The company's information is shown below for your convenience.

- If you have a GST number, do not forget to add that to the invoice
- All the payments will be done within 15 days of Invoice submission
- Payments will be made via IMPS/NEFT bank transfer methods (No UPI, Google Pay, Paytm & Cash)
A fair use policy governing the Affiliate Programme offers merchants the authority to examine each and every referral order. The Commission tab will indicate the commission status, and the Payment tab will list any paid commissions. Refunds or chargebacks on transactions will not be issued.
3. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate does not wish to be a part of the affiliate program anymore, they can do so by dropping an email at support@theherbessence.com
