Please note that the brand does not assume responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
4. OTP Requirement:
Some courier partners may request an OTP (One-Time Password) to finalize the delivery. The OTP will be sent to the contact number provided during the order placement process.

Prior to sharing any OTP with delivery company executives, it is advisable to request and verify their identity through official identification cards. Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of the delivery date.
